STORE POLICIES & RETURNS
Piazza Piazza does not accept returns due to change of mind. All sales are final.
The Piazza Piazza team lovingly source vintage pieces that come with a diverse history. As a result, goods may show signs of prior use. Please check our listing descriptions and images carefully to identify any potential damages/faults. If you require additional information about a good(s), please contact us promptly prior to purchase.
Collection of goods is required within 14 business days from the purchase date. Piazza Piazza will happily store your goods free of charge for 90 days from the purchase date. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact Piazza Piazza and make a storage arrangement. Once stored goods exceed the 90 day limit, a surcharge amounting to $25.00p/week will be invoked until the goods have been picked up.
If goods are not collected within 100 days from your purchase date without pre-arrangements made, your goods will be forfeited and eligible for resell.

HOLDS & ALLOCATION
No holds available without payment to allocate the goods. Your goods will not be allocated until payment has been received.
